Kolposkoopia on mitteinvasiivne, kontaktivaba diagnostiline protseduur, mille käigus günekoloog uurib olulise suurendusega (6–40 korda) häbet, tupe seinu, emaka tupeosa, emakakaela. Selleks kasutatakse spetsiaalset binokulaarseadet – kolposkoopi.
Eesmärgid ja näidustused
See uuring võimaldab diagnoosida erineva etioloogiaga tupe ja emakakaela muutusi, peamiselt vähieelseid muutusi ja vähi varajast staadiumi.
